Pros
Work decent hours depending on the vendor you work through. They take time to train you. They deal with harassment fairly quickly. You get bonuses at the end of the month that depend on how many sales you get within the month but it does vary from month to month.
Cons
A lot of downtimes. You have to be self-motivated to get anything done. Management can mistreat their employees by overworking them if there aren't hard boundaries. They don't have competitive pay.
