Every word you have read about the management here is true. Management will never leave because they could never get hired at a leading insurance company. Anyone with talent and skills bolts from this place quickly. Turnover is extremely high for a reason. If you are an insurance professional with morals and strong skills, do not even think for a moment of applying here. You do not want this company on your resume.
