Great clients, who come for quality relationships and quality work. Caring colleagues (sometimes a bit too much) Lovely projects.

The appearance of being listened to and cared about, yet no real change can be made without it being a leader's own idea. The appearance of commitment to doing right, yet broken promises repeated consistently, leaving people feeling let-down and burnt out. Stasis in the design team, which is underserved, and barely-led by thin-skinned egos. Speaking up is discouraged, as are new ideas.
