      Pros

      I love everything about this company from the management up until the workload. We cannot do overtime to care for our work life balance.

      Cons

      Might be slow in career growth since there's a lot of competitiveness between colleague but the team lead encourage us to rotate role within the team, which I think is a good approach to grow.
