1) Salary Match as per market even if you join on low salary, Compnay will match it on your very next hike 2) Good Transport 3) Stability, during covid most of companies didn't provide hike or stopped the variable payout but Accenture not only provided good hike but also gave additional bonus to their employees 4) HR is always ready to listen to you, your manager can't pressurize you.
