They have a core set of values that the company was established on
Cons
They need to focus on the execution of actions they take, and make sure those actions are aligned with their values. Their intentions are often in the right place, but the execution is not done in a manner that represents the core values and that is how you lose the trust of current employees and former employees that will communicate that experience within their network and it can hurt the brand.
