Pros

An opportunity to work one-on-one with professionals from all over the world, including doctors, engineers, lawyers, scientists, actors, singers, etc. Good performance is rewarded with consistent offers for new students. Efficient, user-friendly online tools and access to a thorough archive of teaching materials. Ability to tailor lessons to each individual. Payment for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Prompt customer service support.

Cons

In certain situations, student absences and cancellations can cause schedule restrictions and significant dips in expected monthly earnings.

Pros

Very professional company with lots of great material and wonderful support. They help remote workers feel more connected with coaches happy hours and a TEAMS community group. I’ve also received two raises within 3 years.

Cons

Only wish the starting hourly rate was higher.

Pros

Pleasant people. They provide you with all the needed materials.

Cons

It is tedious trying to get enough hours for a decent amount of income. For example, to get in 1 hour of work, you need to work with 2 students (20 minutes per class). So, in order to obtain 6 hours of work, that would entail making appointments with 12 students. It is not worth the trouble of organizing and trying to set up appointments with so many different people.
