Pros

You can make your own schedule and the clients are nice

Cons

You are offered very few classes to begin, and even then, you are paid below minimum wage. Considering you have to pay your own taxes, you wind up getting paid somewhere around $5 per 30-minute class. You are a freelancer, so they take no taxes and pay you way too little. I had to pay over $1,000 in taxes after working for them for a year. Awful!!

Pros

Very professional company with lots of great material and wonderful support. They help remote workers feel more connected with coaches happy hours and a TEAMS community group. I’ve also received two raises within 3 years.

Cons

Only wish the starting hourly rate was higher.

Pros

Pleasant people. They provide you with all the needed materials.

Cons

It is tedious trying to get enough hours for a decent amount of income. For example, to get in 1 hour of work, you need to work with 2 students (20 minutes per class). So, in order to obtain 6 hours of work, that would entail making appointments with 12 students. It is not worth the trouble of organizing and trying to set up appointments with so many different people.
