Cons
Pay structure based on pay structure ensures as minimal compensation as possible, no-shows are effectively penalties against your productivity, despite this being outside of your control. Management has repeatedly ignored employee concerns, suggestions, and workflow issues. There exists a culture of assuming the employee is the problem, rather than examining company policies or taking a strength-based approach to employee concerns, despite parallel-process mission-driven rhetoric touted during training.
