Very good people and culture, good work-life-balance

Mostly a local company with little diversity

The Accelsius environment is very positive, and the hiring staff do an excellent job of employing people who add value technically and relationally. The leadership is solid and approachable. Everyone is in learning mode, so it's a great place to learn on the job.

Like any good and successful startup, Accelsius is experiencing growing pains. They seem to be handling it better than many other companies/organizations I've been a part of though.
