Pros
1. Offers amazing work/life balance (but only if you know how to own your calendar) 2. A company that cares a lot about your growth in the company 3. Great benefits 4. Feedback driven 5. People-oriented company
Cons
Not so much of a con but just something that I'd like to share: 1. You really need to be self-motivated to work in a company that is 100% remote. 2. You don't get to learn and observe your colleagues as much as you want (like you get to do in an office environment) unless you purposely reach out to them if you want to be on the call to learn more. That means you need to be proactive. 3. Learn how to prioritize your tasks or you may end up overworking and spending long hours in a day
