Pros

The group is tight knit and the CEO is willing to do anything to make sure her team excels. I am a full time Dragon Trainer and Customization Specialist. I got this job straight out of college and needed a break. This job has given me opportunities to travel, for free, that I never thought I would have. Not only have I been to almost every state, but I have been out of the country as well. Who else can say they went to England for work and went to Bath or Stonehenge on their off days? I have worked here for over four years and when I became overwhelmed I voiced my concerns and actions were quickly taken to ensure I was happier with my job. It is nice to work somewhere that your concerns are not only heard, but addressed. We have a giant family oriented Christmas party every year and are given a week and a half to two weeks off for Christmas.

Cons

They do not offer 401K.

Pros

I have worked for AWS for over 5 years. During that time, I have visited so many amazing places, around America and overseas, too. I have so enjoyed working for Kristi and her team. They do not see me as a mere cog in their machine, but rather they clearly care about me as a person. They take the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and do everything in their power to make sure that I am content in my job. I cannot explain how fantastic it is to have so much time off at Christmas and New Years, not merely a couple of days but 2 weeks! Frankly, when I go on a site to teach people how to use Dragon products, I feel as if I am giving them gifts all day, because I am teaching them something that will make their lives easier. Truly, however, this job is a fantastic gift to myself.

Cons

There is a lot of travel associated with this job. It might be hard to see that as a "con", but it can get a bit tiring after a while. Kristi and her team do make every effort to ensure that everyone gets time at home as well as on the road, however, so it doesn't seem like much of a "con" to me.
