It comes from the top. The owners and managers put people first. Fair to the employees and the clients. It's a pleasure to work with a group of people who actually care.

Cons

A lot of work at a very fast pace but it's rewarding to help people.

Pros

Very family oriented, the entire team is like a small family. The Owners are great to work with, Wes and Guy make you feel like part of the family. You’ll learn a lot about the tax resolution world here, and you’ll get amazing experience with being hands on for any type of case.

Cons

The only thing I can say is make sure to personally communicate with your team members so everyone continues to stay on the same page.

Pros

Enjoyed the type of work. Staff was friendly.

Cons

Started working with the company while they were working on restructuring the company to improve the processes to increase productivity and grow the company. Was given a heightened sense of job security by numerous members of the management team/owners based on work ethic/experience, adapting to the new processes, and ability, then was let go due to "cleaning up the company", even though there were individuals who had not been there as long (they had been there two weeks, if that). I understand that layoffs happen unexpectedly, however this shows that the company was not concerned with keeping individuals who had created relationships with clients and produced quality service for the company. Work load for employees was almost unbearable. Too many clients for so few individuals who were actually working on the cases. This is probably even worse now due to the recent lay off. Felt as though the company was more focused on micro-managing small things within the company rather than having enough employees to handle the amount of clients being brought into the company. Much of the staff was overwhelmed and unable to work in an efficient way due to the lack of support from ownership and management. Employees concerns were not heard by anyone within the company.
