Pros

Best opportunity anyone could have. This company teaches you everything you need to know about business. I've learned more working with this company than I did in college or my internships. I also never dreamed I would be making this much money.

Cons

Hard work. Sometimes the hours can be long, but it's really not that significant.

Pros

I have worked for Accelerated for over a year now. I have witnessed the utmost amount of growth in such a short period of time. This company is great for anyone looking to gain more experience and knowledge within the marketing field. It is a welcoming environment for someone looking for an entry level marketing position as well as an individual who has worked in the field for a lengthier amount of time. I started with an internship while I was in college, and then to my surprise, I was offered a full time position after graduation. Since then, I learned several different marketing tactics and applied my knowledge to better my understanding of the marketing and advertising world. After learning the basics, I excelled and worked my way into a management position. I currently oversee a team of about 15-20 individuals, who I train and develop in hopes of them prospering, as I did within this business. It is also great because there isn't one corporate structure so you can cross train and develop into different departments, in search of finding what aspect you are truly passionate about.

Cons

It is a really fast-paced environment

Pros

My time at Accelerated was enjoyable. I was only an intern. Got college credits, plus it was paid so that was nice. I liked the guys in the office. Everyone was chill. Learned a couple of things about sales and how to be better at it. Not a bad way to spend the summer.

Cons

I worked really hard during my time there. It wasn't like that bad or anything but it is not for everybody. I had a tough time getting consistent just because I was only there for a summer. My advice would be to graduate first before you try and really get a full time position. Its a good structure but like I said, pretty tough. If you can handle the high pressure situations then go for it, otherwise your better off at Walmart for the summer.
