      Pros

      The president and employees of the company were all incredibly polite, hard-working, and motivated. This made it easier for me to learn from them and gain experience. Everything was organized and well put together for the first time taking in business related interns, and I'm sure it'll only get better in the future!

      Cons

      A bit of a lack of structure in terms of the internship, but as it was the first year taking in business related interns, it was still well organized and sure to be a learning experience

      Pros

      Team is very easy to get along with. Never any interpersonal issues and everyone tries to help each other out. Good company benefits. Expectations are set reasonably. You will not be crushed by your workload but you will be challenged. The president of the company is reasonable, friendly, and good at what he does. He makes sure all of the gears are moving in synch. The company is doing well already and appears to be moving even more in the right direction.

      Cons

      A lot of your work will be done in proprietary software so the knowledge gained may not necessarily transfer to another company.
