Ability to wear a lot of different hats across multiple business domains including analytical work, project management, marketing, and more. Ability to work from home, but upper management is actively involved in business and still feels like you have colleagues and business relationships through productive use of communication technology and daily interaction. Generous perks including paid dinners out, business trips to New York City, and high degree of trust by owner. Opportunity to work on complex, large-scale, and famous litigation cases as an analyst is meaningful and valuable career experience.

Need to be comfortable working on a wide variety of tasks in an entrepreneurial environment, which may not be suitable for somebody looking to purely work in their particular domain and do nothing else. This could have changed since I was there.
