They value their employee as a family. Believe me, this is not that "we are family" gimmick you see often in other companies. They don't only help you to grow professionally but also as a person. Everyone is very encouraging and never belittles your effort.

Cons

Less structured but can be sorted out through communication.

Pros

AccelerAsia is genuinely one of the most supportive workplaces I’ve ever been part of. The culture is built on trust, collaboration and real mentorship. The hands-on exposure to enterprise tech sales is invaluable. You’re not just observing; you’re doing. The learning curve is steep but the team is always there to guide you. It’s a great place to build resilience, confidence and strong commercial skills.

Cons

The learning curve is steep and pace can be intense as you need to manage multiple clients and end-customers. You need to be proactive, self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Benefits/commissions can be hard to come by as the tech we sell does require finding a product market fit, but not entirely impossible.

Pros

The team is supportive, the work moves fast, and you’re given a lot of room to grow and take ownership from day one. It’s a place where you can learn quickly, try new things, and build real experience instead of just doing routine tasks.

Cons

Honestly not a major con, just that things can move quickly, so you need to be adaptable. More structure in some areas could help, but nothing dealbreaking.
