Good medical benefits Upper management knowledgeable
Cons
Unlimited PTO that you'll be able to use after they've worked you into a coma. Pay is below average and work hours required are not sustainable that it equates to a minimum wage at best. If salary job, PREPARE to work more than 60 hrs a week that is an 'off the record' requirement that is expected from upper management with no objections from HR. If you don't want to work those impossible hours, then the unexpected cruelty begins. Management will do the unimaginable to force you out by making your assignments unachievable as the pretense of their undoubted support to help you succeed accelerates - most unsettling strategy of subtle cruelty.
