The company took a stand when the war with Ukraine started, and closed its Russian operations, relocated employees from there to other countries, and provided huge support to Ukrainian office The team is very friendly. I really enjoy spending time with teammates. Working hours are flexible. In general, company listens to the team and make amendments when it comes to reasonable requests

Turbulent times in the world and in the company. Strategy is not clear. A lot of routine tasks. Bonuses are suspended. I assume it won’t be like that all the time, everyone now is expecting recession. The company is at this stage when some processes are still raw, while the others tend to remind corporation style.
