Pros

To be insulted and berated by 'professionals'.

Cons

Not enough abuse outside work hours, i.e. between 8pm and 7.30am.

Pros

nothing, whatsoever. Oh, yes, there is... the door that leads you outside...

Cons

I can only say that the previous report was fairly to the point. There is not much one can add to actually make the picture more vivid and more accurate. Management is plainly said a disaster. An absolute joke in combination with chaotic and ceremoniously held Monday sales meetings that are thinly disguised self praising sessions for management, of course, while the entire sales team is openly dressed down showing a variety of psychological defects that can only be called semi public bullying. The tone in this company is at best "rustic", "offensive"... but you could also call it "really disgusting". I have never had to put up with such a toxic, incredibly vile working atmosphere and by God, I won't do that again. Now I know the signs what to look out for. The psychological longterm effects of such a toxic workplace would give a psychologist have a field day... Oh... Just run, run, run a mile... just don´t do it. It is so not worth it. Life is too beautiful. Spare yourself this experience!

Pros

There are no pros. The company thrives on belittling employees, and the Chairman and CEO abuse their power to suit their own sick needs.

Cons

No-one is ever right, only the Chairman and CEO. Everyone else is just a tool in their own sick and depraved management style. Over 40 people left/sacked in the last 3 years from a company 14/15 strong - hello, alarm bells?? They never put anything in writing, thereby facilitating and allowing abuse at monthly meetings as individuals fail to hit their targets.
