AccAssurance is severely underperforming as it hasn't declared bonus for years. There is a tyrannical partner who thinks that he is democratic. He likes to insult and threaten employees, especially during notice period. In addition, there is also an incompetent partner who likes to micromanage, twist's one words, be sarcastic and etc. Her technical competency is at the associate level and has poor human management skill (p.s. probably only good at "managing" the male partner). She likes to criticise employees on poor time management and language skill, but she is so bad at those too. The only positive thing about this female partner is, coming from a rich family.
