Pros
Learnt a lot about agency rules and regulations. What the costs were, how the whole thing worked. Commission structure was ok, but not as good as was promised at interview. Benefits ok, we got to leave early the day before the holiday i.e. 4th July.
Cons
Lots of promises, very little follow through. Pushed to sell, not necessarily build relationships with clients, ethics could be borderline at times
