Benefits are not great No room for advancement as Tier 2 at Lockheed Martin in Ocala Communication is lacking with employees. They do not seem to care about growth or production from employees. They do not follow up with employer or employee on how things are going. I have been placed and forgotten for the most part.

Pros
Very motivating and great work environment for starter recruiters
They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.
Cons
No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
