      Everything about this employer is negative. Only way to move up is if you're a lapdog or the VP's best friend's son. Corporate nor the local Management cares about employees.

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
