      friendly culture, paid holidays, occasional picnic and party, good entry level office experience

      Cons

      benefits are not the best, not much room for growth, pay is not much above minimum , senior management doesn't seem totally open to new ideas

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
