Awful company that's poorly managed - Administrative Acara Solutions Employee Review

Management is incompetent and are only promoted base on staying with the company for 10+ years rather than base it on aptitude so you get under qualified/dim managers who don't know what they are doing and may not even have a BA. Pay is awful, basely minimum wage for college grads in most positions. No 401K, no sick time till after 4 months
