Pros

You sit at a desk all day and do basic cubicle activities.

Cons

- Not enough pay - They don't treat their Latino workers fairly - High school environment - Promised promotions never go through - Incompetent managers/supervisors - Racist trainer(s) - Disrespectful employees *in general* - Unprofessional - Tedious and overly-strict rules/expectations in the workplace - Inability to use restroom; berated for use during work (even for emergencies)

Pros

They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

Cons

No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
