SUPER UNFAIR PENALTIES - if you have absences or cancellations, the penalty would be 3x the wage RUDE STUDENTS - They give you the teaching materials when the student books your classes, so when there are sudden bookings, you will have no idea about the lesson material UNPROFESSIONAL TMs - My TM shouts at me and doesn't explain anything to me when I'm asking something. UPDATE: Because of China's new regulations, they have fired tutors like nothing. THEY WILL MESSAGE YOU AND THEN BOOM YOU'RE FIRED FOR NO REASON. NO EXCUSES - They will not accept most excuses even if there are calamities happening in your area. And absences will cause your schedules to be locked for the whole week. So on top of the 3x per class penalty, you won't have a salary for the following week.
