Pros
-you can set and plot your own schedule -you can work as much or as little as you want -responsive supervisors -plenty of training opportunities for professional growth
Cons
-low pay rate -very unstable bookings and I only recently found out why: some teachers seem to have great booking rates and thrive with a fully booked schedule, but some teachers (myself) are only used for stand-by lessons, basically for students to book last minute. This means no stable income, predictable schedule or regular students, so I don't recommend this, it's a terrible system.
