- good manager (not all) -many students
Cons
-not that flexible. Some managers require you specific time to open classes. You can't cancel unbooked classes. You need to plot your schedule one week ahead. - low rate - their is system is ver poor. One of their platform is not good. It might gives you penalties even though it's the system fault. Some managers will not waive the penalties. Some are inconsiderate - base rate: 35 /hr min. - 120/hr max.
