Pros
I started around April 2019 and wasn't that confident at first. My TM really helped me out a lot with the way I taught. She was very hands-on. I know it's her job but she kept on helping me out on the first few weeks by giving me clients and hyping me up. Whenever I was having a busy week because of schoolwork, she was supportive. My regular students were also so nice and smart. They weren't rude, they were ready to study and really just continuously wanted to learn all throughout my time in Acadsoc. I was really lucky.
Cons
Salary-wise, I heard their commissions are lower now. My salary wasn't high but it wasn't low enough. Could've been more. Bonuses were hard to get if you weren't a 5-star tutor (luckily, i became one) Wasn't very tutor-friendly. Whenever there's a technical problem on the tutor's side, it may be deducted from your commission. Aggressive and competitive environment, somehow a little toxic.
