Pros
When I was hired last year, the rate was good and with the contract. company rules were simple and righteous. Good rate but not enough.
Cons
This year this company made a lot of changes and unstable development. Tools, the website are always down and they will blame the tutor if there is a complaint from a student. The company cannot even help the tutor when it comes to problem or if there is a dispute. UNREASONABLE PENALTY!!! If you are sick or can't even speak, medical emergency or even you are hospitalized, they will not give any consideration and will give you penalty for all the classes that you missed. Even there is a natural calamity in your area and if you cant take the class, you are DOOMED!!!!
