They are disorganised, the trainers, managers and supervisors aren't fluent in English, they constantly edit messages they sent you with information that wasn't previously there just so that the tutor looks stupid. They are extremely unhelpful when it comes to problems in the classes and often don't reply. They gave me a starting salary of $8 an hour and told me they pay for all hours I work, with or without a class. After the first few days of working they only paid for the slots I had classes. After I queried why that was happening they dropped my salary to $3 because I queried how the salary worked.
