Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We value all input as it helps us identify areas for improvement and better understand the experiences of our employees. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to address your concerns: Interview Process: We acknowledge that a 4-6 week interview process can be lengthy. We are continually working on streamlining this process to ensure it is efficient and respectful of candidates' time while maintaining our commitment to finding the right fit for both the candidate and our company. Micromanagement and Contradicting Information: We regret that you felt micromanaged and received conflicting directions. We are committed to providing clear and consistent communication and will work with our management team to improve these aspects. Your feedback will be instrumental in guiding our training and communication improvements. Health Insurance Costs: We strive to offer competitive benefits packages and are continually reviewing our offerings to ensure they provide the best value for our employees. We are grateful to keep healthcare costs flat YOY when the industry increase is 18%. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Keeping our SOPs up-to-date is a priority. We appreciate your feedback and will initiate a review to ensure they reflect current practices and are effectively communicated to all employees. Remote Employees: Remote employees are an integral part of our team. We are actively working on improving our remote work policies and communication strategies to ensure remote employees feel included and supported, but not overwhelmed. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us create a better workplace. Thank you!

Pros

The team is collaborative, smart, and truly cares about doing good work for clients while also supporting each other. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a culture of trust that allows you to take ownership of your work while knowing help is there if you need it.

Cons

It’s fast-paced, but in a way that feels energizing rather than draining

Pros

One of the biggest pros to working at Acadia is that they are truly a hybrid workplace. The CEO encourages flexible schedules and only really "mandates" in-office meetings once a month in the All-Hands if you live in the metro Atlanta area.

Cons

The biggest con of working at Acadia is that the celebrate their core values very often but have demonstrated that the core values mean nothing. I have seen many coworkers get left out to dry when they needed maternity leave or if they had some kind of illness that needed to be addressed.
