What's the max?! -low pay in relation to expectations upon you -"full-time" means 70-80 hour weeks regularly -teachers have to make their own curriculum without support, budget, or resources -most coworkers will undermine you if they're bored that day -there are ~23 admin for a ~90 person school; this org. is more top-heavy than a rhino on a unicycle -admin will gaslight you frequently, so make a paper trail of everything! -the campus has no windows and feels prison-like -power-hungry middle management will absolutely stab you in the back -pay scale exists, but only as decoration (pay disparity between admin + staff is NUTSO) -shady insurance practices -poor responses to covid outbreaks -no useful training for any staff
