The Worst!! - Dispatcher Academy Service Group Employee Review

I had the most unpleasant time working there. The senior employees there are favored & allowed to mistreat new colleagues. I have a recording of my "dismissal" stating "I took too much time off". I had a very unexpected death in my family that caused much grief. I took 3 non-consecutive days total in a time frame of 2 months. Got the call on a day I left early due to sickness, which was considered "absent" & also still in grief from losing my 2yr old niece a week prior. & lets add I have 2 children and Christmas right around the corner. Other employees get away with being late & absent for reasons not to be considered. Academy Service Group is heartless! They do not care for employees or vendors. As readers can see in prior reviews from some vendors. I can honestly say this has to be the worse company I have ever worked for. I have great references from CEO's, managers, & prior colleagues I've had the pleasure working with. I've worked a lot of temp positions for reasons that were good for my schedule at the time. So overall, it is disturbing that a company like this is even considered for work or services.
