If I could rate a 0, I would. 4 years of employment, worked my way from banker to manager. So much pressure to get accounts. Stressful hours. This company is a joke. Promotes people who are not ready. High turnover rate. Upper management doesn't care if you are feeling burnt out. Doesn't matter if the account will close next month, they want you to open it.
