Management does not support lower level staffing. Be warned that rather then being supported and uplifted in your role, Management looks to find your mistakes to call you out and to find ways to hand out write ups and terminations. The training program for new hires is horrible and operation management comes across as non supportive. They would rather yell and write you up instead of coach and teach a be supportive to avoid mistakes. With so many other banking employers around I would spend your energy working for a different employer. Maybe the work environment is different in Missouri (headquarters)but in Colorado there's no support staff. Don't do it here in Colorado. If you want to always be stressed that you'll lose your job work here.
