      Supportive and friendly colleagues. Safe and positive school environment. Opportunities to grow as a teacher.

      Cons

      Need more support with student behavior. Art class uses my room during my planning time, so I cannot use my classroom and have to work in the staff lounge. This makes planning less comfortable and less efficient.
