Not ideal for a non-Nordic person - Group Business Analyst Academic Work Employee Review

Very hard to integrate if you are a non native person from the Nordic. Very hard culture on innovation and too much hierarchy when it is not needed. A lot of confusion among the management since they don't know exactly what to do and simply say "DO MORE" without a clear direction. They want to micromanage every single step and excuse this since it is the only way in order to keep track of the activities and most of the times the management contradict by themselves and never properly apologise
