Good work-life balance but delayed extra pay - Junior Associate Acadecraft Employee Review

This company is very good for dedicated employees. They get salary hikes regularly, and are given all the facilities and appreciation. In fact, my TL never asks me any questions when I apply for leaves. I just apply through the portal, and inform my superior through text messages. The salary is always credited on time, and the HR is always available to solve problems of employees. If you are dedicated to the company, then, it is definitely the best place to work.

Only alternate Saturdays are off, otherwise, there are no cons in this company.

It a fraud company. They do not provide the salary in time nor the complete about of salary... Every month they will deduct the salary even without of your notice and u will get around 6- 8 k in hand Max. Please do not join this company. Filled with frauds management and is zero here... It's all about the benefits of company... They make your life hell to work like donkey.
