Pros
Started out to be a good company before WCAS took over and started running employees to the ground
Cons
1. Management is dishonest: They lie about career advancements, use immigration as a reason to not raise your pay, lies to the client on having resources and answers while in reality there were months with "zero people" in departments. 2. Zero work life balance: Management ignores every plea for help, every rationale to hire people and expect you to be available 24x7. I was reprimanded by the C's for not responding to an email sent at 9PM on a Saturday by 10 AM on Sunday. 3. Hostile environment: Management doesn't care if you are being mistreated, yelled at or honestly even injured at work. I've known some of my colleagues experience panic attacks and develop IBD because of the stress 4. Sexism: Extremely egoistic and sexist environment where you are questioned at every step if you are a woman. Being called aggressive, loading you on work if you aren't married or without kids is quite common 5. Too many managers: The number of managers and the number of people working on ground are the same, you actually need people to do the actual work-not just blah blah about it in a meeting!! Management does not understand this! 6. Nobody has a clue on what they are doing, what they are supposed to do or what they should've done. It's always putting on a band aid and expecting it to fix broken bones.
