When I applied in 2020, I didn't find any reviews on this organization, and I wish I did. It would have saved me some time. After reading everyone’s thoughts, I now feel comfortable sharing my experience. I only worked there briefly, given that I was volunteering, unemployed, and searching for jobs. For a volunteer job, it demanded more than it should. In fact, one time, we got a nasty message from the founder scolding us for not being committed enough. In addition, during the meetings we held, we were told we needed to ask for funds and advertise the company, but it was unclear what type of services they offered. And like many others mentioned, the mission and vision weren't clear. I didn't know exactly what we were trying to build here because it lacked vision. Because I am a very intuitive, my gut feeling told me something didn't feel right, especially after getting that nasty message from one of the founders. What I found very strange is that the other founder was always traveling and barely participated in the meetings. If you have all the time in the world, you should try it. But if you can only commit 4 hrs per week. Please don't do it; she will ask you to devote more hrs.
