The worst place I've ever worked for - Software Engineer Abstract (Italy) Employee Review

Driven by incompetent people, is hard to talk about some techy stuff without them understanding what's being said. They read articles around, understand a third of what's written, apply one third of it and call it being senior or even lead. Seniority level is extremely low and english is spoken in a strict spaghetti dialect. There is no such thing like "development process or lifecycle", they are driven by emergency. Code is just thrown in without any check from pretend-to-be seniors and anarchy is their de facto development process
