Pros

Coffee. Break room with kitchen , Bathroom

Cons

Don't let the awards fool you. She knows the decision makers, and then brags about it. The company is more about selling Carla than selling displays. She will dominate all conversations and the focus will be HER. ALL displays are made elsewhere. They are a distributor. Even artwork is created elsewhere. Designs are regurgitated or reworked from previous jobs, most of the time designed by the manufacturer. You will be salary when it benefits them, or hourly when it benefits them. Never have I been docked as a salaried sales person until with this company, but certainly not paid overtime when I had to attend anything after hours. (Aren't there labor laws about this? ) Your every move will be monitored. As a customer, go to a true manufacturer and cut this unnecessary middle man out of the equation. It will save you time and money. As a potential employee, keep looking.

Pros

Most employees are genuinely good people and care about the work they do. The business has potential to be great, but it's run by bosses, not leaders, who think employees should be groveling at their feet for giving them a job. Your pay check is usually on time. The warehouse manager is genuine and you can tell he cares about the people that work for him. He is probably the only reason anyone in the warehouse stays longer than a month. Seriously, if you absolutely need a job ASAP because you are about to become homeless, then take the job, but keep looking for something better.

Cons

I hate to be so negative, but there really are more cons than pros. The vacation time is laughable at best and you are restricted from taking it half the year. This probably works out for the best because you end up using is for miscellaneous appointments throughout the year. The owners are hypocritical and micromanage projects to a fault. If you have a family and need insurance, keep looking. If you have kids, medical insurance costs $800+ a month. You aren't allowed to cover your spouse if you are married, so that amount doesn't even cover your whole family. You will be told the company is supportive and open to change, but you will quickly learn that any suggestions are rebutted with they've already tried that and it doesn't work. In reality, most of these failed attempts can probably be attributed to poor planning and implementation.
