Avoid at all costs - Anonymous employee Abstract Design Employee Review

An aggressive/egotistical style of management from the highest level manager. A very odd, Orwellian working atmosphere. A feeling that there was a complete absence of HR processes, training or knowledge of proper working practices. Designers treated like lab rats, with no sense of creative input.
