      Pros

      time off, hours, some of the people were very nice

      Cons

      did not get proper description of the job. I was hired for customer service and it turned out to be be 90% data entry and 10% customer service. Family owned business and they don't let you forget that. Management is VERY unprofessional.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with. Very friendly environment. Management does a great job of listening to problems and following up with solutions.

      Cons

      Pay raises are hard to come by. Extra work is given first and the raise to go with it follows much further behind than it should.
