      There are people at work who give support and encouragement and it gives a sense of belonging in the company. They help their employees learn and grow more. They make you feel appreciated after accomplishing a task. They have offered overtime although it has been limited due to the pandemic.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with. Very friendly environment. Management does a great job of listening to problems and following up with solutions.

      Cons

      Pay raises are hard to come by. Extra work is given first and the raise to go with it follows much further behind than it should.
