Pros
Competitive pay, decent benefits and good employee participation programs such as volunteer work with LV Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity, blood drives, etc. COO turned CEO was the only thing holding it all together.. somehow.
Cons
High turnover rate in lower level employees and upper level management. After the corporate buyout no upper level managers stayed past 3-6 months, CEO left, all operational manager, Revenue cycle went through SEVERAL management changes. Lower level employees didn’t last long either.. after the buyout few original employees remained, even those who were long term dedicated individuals. Miserable environment, high workload with unrealistic expectations, they expect more than humanly possible and increased operational practices while continuously downsizing corporate departments. Great ideas and intentions but highly unorganized and produced a generally unhappy work environment.
