The atmosphere in this company is absolutely toxic, the management is absolutely disgraceful and doesnt deserve the title of management. If you don't try to suck up and stroke their egos you wont get anywhere in the company; it's definitely a case of if your face fits, rather than rewarding hard work or knowledge. There is constant bullying and sly backstabbing behaviour; don't rely on a human resources department to help you as there isnt one to turn to. If you make any mistakes you don't get a second chance or even told about the mistake, you just get talked about behind your back and pushed away to do meaningless tasks which are completely pointless. Nothing is confidential, if you go to the managers with issues you can guarantee the whole company will know within the hour. They often make up stories and try to pit the staff against each other and there is plenty of passive aggressive emails that get sent out.
